Bill de Decker
Bill's experience includes sales engineering, market research, and aerodynamic design. His primary responsibilities range from conducting consulting studies to developing and presenting seminars. Bill also develops new programs for the company. Areas of expertise include financial management, business planning, fleet planning, life cycle costing and operations, and certification issues. Prior to Conklin & de Decker, Bill managed the Falcon and Bell Learning Centers and the Communications Systems Division for FlightSafety International from 1976 to 1989.Bill is in the Texas office.

David Wyndham
As an Instructor Pilot in the U.S. Air Force, Dave's responsibilities included aircrew training and safety, operations scheduling, and the coordination of flight test support sorties. Current activities include conducting consulting studies, managing and updating the aircraft cost and performance databases, providing database and computer support for customers, and developing new programs for the company. The focus of these activities is on cost and performance analyses, fleet planning, and life cycle costing. David is in the Massachusetts office.

Nel Stubbs
Nel's primary activities are focused on aviation tax issues: federal, state and local. Her expertise includes ownership cost analyses and she is instrumental in developing and supporting seminar services. Nel is also active in consulting with the IRS, FAA, and with numerous companies and attorneys on aviation tax issues. Her office is in Arizona. Nel was formerly the National Business Aviation Association's Senior Manager for Tax Issues.

Ron Garis
Ron retired from the Air Force after 20 years as an Aircraft Avionics Maintainer. Ron currently manages, researches cost data and updates the aircraft cost and performance databases. He also provides database and computer support for customers, and assists in the development of new programs for the company. Ron is in the Texas office.
