As President and Chief Executive Officer of JSSI, Mr. Book provides leadership and direction to the entire organization. Prior to joining JSSI, Mr. Book served as Vice President of Mobility for Juniper Networks, directing its mobile security business unit. His role at Juniper began in 2010, in connection with their acquisition of SMobile Systems, where he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Book began his career at AT&T where he held various management positions. Mr. Book is a graduate of the University of Delaware, class of 1999.

Ken Goodman

Ken Goodman

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Goodman leads and is responsible for all finance and accounting activities including: financial planning and analysis, general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collections, tax, treasury, and internal controls. Mr. Goodman's responsibilities also include product pricing, quality assurance, and internal records management. Prior to joining JSSI, Mr. Goodman spent over seven years with NetJets, a $5 billion subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, as their Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), leading their FP&A and Maintenance Finance teams. This role included all financial analysis and contract negotiations support for aircraft acquisitions and aircraft maintenance agreements. Mr. Goodman's career began as a Financial Analyst at American Airlines, where he spent more than six years in a variety of roles. Subsequently, Mr. Goodman spent eight years with L Brands, a $10 billion publicly-traded specialty retailer that includes the Victoria's Secret, PINK, and Bath & Body Works brands. Mr. Goodman received his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Rochester, class of 1985, and his M.B.A. finance degree from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management, class of 1989.

Paul Rahe

Mr. Rahe joined JSSI as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel in August of 2011 and became General Counsel in 2016. Mr. Rahe is responsible for all aspects of its legal affairs, including client and vendor relationships, strategic transactions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Prior to joining JSSI, Mr. Rahe was Managing Director, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for PrivateBancorp, Inc. and The PrivateBank and Trust Company, a Chicago-based regional bank with over $17 billion in assets. From 1999 to 2009, Mr. Rahe practiced law with Schiff Hardin LLP in Chicago, where he specialized in corporate transactions and securities matters. Mr. Rahe represented a broad range of private and public companies, including private equity firms, in US and international merger and acquisition transactions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. Mr. Rahe was previously an associate in the Indianapolis, Indiana office of Faegre Baker Daniels from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Rahe received his undergraduate degree in economics from Indiana University, class of 1993, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law, class of 1996.

Jason Schwab

Jason Schwab

As President of JSSI Advisory Services and Conklin & de Decker, Mr. Schwab provides leadership to the organization’s range of consulting services. Mr. Schwab is a dynamic leader and combat veteran with over 10 years of management, operations and aviation experience across the public and private sector. He joins JSSI from Goldman Sachs, where he served as a trusted advisor to institutional clients on all aspects of wealth management. Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Schwab served eight years as a U.S. Army Aviator with over 1,000 hours in the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior and two tours in Afghanistan. Jason earned a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Bill de Decker

Bill de Decker

Mr. de Decker's experience includes sales engineering, market research, and aerodynamic design. His responsibilities range from consulting studies to developing new programs and seminars for the company. Areas of expertise include financial management, business and fleet planning, certification issues, life cycle cost and operations. From 1976 to 1989, Mr. de Decker managed the Falcon and Bell Learning Centers, as well as the Communications Systems Division for FlightSafety International. Prior to 1976, he worked for Dassault Falcon Jet and Boeing. He has a Master of Science in Engineering/Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. Mr. de Decker is located in the Texas office.

Brandon Battles

Brandon Battles

Mr. Battles has been with Conklin & de Decker since 1995. His primary responsibilities include oversight of the company’s various products and their development, analysis of business processes, and research of operating cost and performance data. He is also involved with consulting and several of the company’s seminars. Areas covered by his consulting work include fleet evaluations, acquisition planning, review of business processes in maintenance organizations, and analysis of maintenance costs. Mr. Battle's background is in accounting and, prior to joining Conklin & de Decker, he worked for Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., as Manager of Direct Operating Cost Programs.

David Wyndham

David Wyndham

Mr. Wyndham joined Conklin & de Decker in 1993. His primary responsibilities include developing and managing new programs for the company, conducting consulting studies, managing aircraft cost and performance databases, and providing customer computer support. He was an Instructor Pilot with the U.S. Air Force for eight years, handling aircrew training, operations scheduling, and coordination of flight test support with civil and military test engineers. Mr. Wyndham has a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire. He also has an ATP certificate.

Nel Stubbs

Ms. Stubbs joined Conklin & de Decker in 1999 and has been in the business aviation industry for more than 25 years. She consults with numerous companies and individuals on aviation tax-related matters at both the federal and state levels and has extensive experience in the areas of tax planning, cost and financial analysis, budgeting, aircraft ownership, operating structures and tax audits. Ms. Stubbs is instrumental in developing and supporting the Conklin & de Decker seminar program and marketing efforts. She was formerly with the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and developed the tax program during her tenure and was very instrumental in developing the NBAA’s first comprehensive aircraft cost comparison program. Ms. Stubbs has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Master of Aeronautical Science.
